Complete your sets! The first player to collect two exercise cards from each category wins:
Shuffle all cards and place the deck face-down in the center.
Decide who goes first.
Take turns flipping a card to reveal your next move, challenge, or boost.
Draw a card.
If it's an exercise, perform it to claim the card for your set.
If you can't or choose not to complete it, place it on the bottom of the deck.
Challenger cards are wild! Compete together; the winner keeps it to complete any set.
Watch for Energy Boosts (positive effects) and Setbacks (obstacles that may slow your progress).
