How to Play Flip'n Fit

How to Win

Complete your sets! The first player to collect two exercise cards from each category wins:

Exercise Categories

Setup

Shuffle all cards and place the deck face-down in the center.

Decide who goes first.

Take turns flipping a card to reveal your next move, challenge, or boost.

On Your Turn

Draw a card.

If it's an exercise, perform it to claim the card for your set.

If you can't or choose not to complete it, place it on the bottom of the deck.

Challenger cards are wild! Compete together; the winner keeps it to complete any set.

Watch for Energy Boosts (positive effects) and Setbacks (obstacles that may slow your progress).

Quick Tips & Rules

Incomplete Exercises

  • If you don't finish an exercise, place that card at the bottom of the deck.
  • Only completed exercises count toward your set.

Create Your Own Cards

  • Blank cards are included so you can add your own moves or fun twists.
  • Use them anytime — or leave them out. It's up to you!

Challenger Cards

  • Ties are settled with a rematch.
  • Only one Challenger card may be active per category, but you may move it between categories as play continues.

  • Warm up before playing and modify exercises to match your fitness level.
  • Stop if you feel pain or dizziness.
